드로잉과 음악, 기술을 결합한 두 사람의 퍼포먼스입니다. 만남, 자기소개, 소통과 흐름, 상대를 그리는 과정을 거쳐 둘이 하나로 향하는 여정을 펼칩니다. 상대가 건넨 열두 단어로 초상을 그리며, 움직임과 호흡 속에서 서로를 알아갑니다.
Drawing, music and technology come together in a performance for two. Meeting, introduction, communication and flow lead to drawing the other with twelve words they have offered. The sequence follows a journey from encountering one another toward becoming one.
Performing with Thou
몸짓과 음악, 기술이 만나는 듀엣 퍼포먼스입니다. 정자영과 시인이자 보컬리스트인 Tracie Morris가 함께하며, 영어에서 같은 소리로 울리는 ‘Seoul’과 ‘Soul’을 만남의 실마리로 삼습니다. 하나의 소리가 여러 의미로 공명하듯, 두 사람의 몸과 목소리가 서로에게 응답합니다.
A duet bringing together gesture, music and technology with poet and vocalist Tracie Morris. The English-language homonym Seoul–Soul becomes a point of departure: a single sound resonates in several ways, opening a shared space for voice and movement.
